  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time by region:

  • Delivery time is approximately 10 business days
  • 48 hours in the Netherlands, 3 to 5 days in Europe(extra shipping cost maybe charged)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, logistics delays, or local postal services.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

1.4 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

1.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Efindbest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

2. Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Items are missing or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The package never arrived after the expected delivery timeframe

We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.


3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all tags, accessories, or manuals (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as beauty products, intimate apparel, adult products, or personalized goods cannot be returned.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email victor@efindbest.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Our support team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide the correct return address.
  3. Shipping Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defective item.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note: we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable unless the product is proven defective or incorrect.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking details.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.
